The online Master of Studies in Law in Cybersecurity, Data and Privacy Law from Benjamin N. This is a 30-credit master’s degree that can be completed while you work.

The M.S.L. Cyber curriculum is fully centered on cybersecurity, data and privacy law, with each component—from lectures and readings to practical exercises—tuned in to key privacy and cybersecurity issues. Through a combination of on-demand lectures and interactive learning, you’ll learn how to best support your organization by applying your legal knowledge to privacy and data security concerns.

The program includes a two-day summer immersion program at Cardozo Law School in the heart of New York City, where you will interact with your peers and faculty members and attend and participate in cutting-edge presentations and workshops.

This program is designed to equip our students with the knowledge they need to make decisions about data flow, data protection and data policy in an informed way. We also want our students to be able to interface with legal counsel, know what questions to ask and understand the nature of the rules and regulations they need to follow.
